Discord Terms of Service

By joining this server, you automatically agree to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Failure to comply may result in server sanctions and/or action from Discord itself.

General Behavior

Treat every member and staff with respect. Provocative, disrespectful, or confrontational behavior will not be tolerated and will be sanctioned.

Zero Tolerance for Toxicity

Spamming, flooding, harassment, and any other toxic behavior are strictly forbidden. Actions harmful to the server's atmosphere may result in immediate sanctions, without prior warning.

Respect for Others

Respect for individuals, their beliefs, origins, and opinions is essential here. Hate speech and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

NSFW Content Prohibited

Sharing pornographic, graphic, or otherwise NSFW content (links, images, videos, etc.) is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.

Ticket System Rules

To prevent abuse and ensure proper support, tickets must be used responsibly:

• Do not open a ticket without a valid, clearly stated reason. Unjustified tickets may lead to a warning or sanction.
• Refunds or compensation requests require clear and valid proof.
• The number of open tickets per member may be limited depending on staff availability.
• Abusing the ticket system will result in temporary or permanent sanctions.

Blacklisted SMPs - Forbidden Topics

The following SMPs are currently blacklisted:

Discussing, promoting, or comparing these servers to BATSMP, or using them to create drama, is strictly forbidden. Any mention intended to provoke, recruit, or disturb the community will be sanctioned.

Staff Contact - DMs Forbidden

Staff members manage this server voluntarily and also have a life outside of it. Direct messages to staff are strictly forbidden - all requests must go through a valid ticket, and only when necessary. Additionally:

• Do not speak disrespectfully to staff.
• Do not ragebait, provoke, or attempt to start drama.
• Any hostility, manipulation, or disrespect toward staff will be sanctioned.

Forbidden Mods, Cheats & Advertising

Sharing, promoting, or advertising cheat clients, exploits, forbidden mods, or illegal software is strictly prohibited - including links, files, screenshots, videos, or tutorials. Encouraging others to cheat or bypass server rules is equally forbidden. Violations may result in severe sanctions, up to and including a permanent ban.

Advertising & Self-Promotion

Advertising other servers, personal projects, social media, or content (via messages, DMs, status, or profile) without staff permission is forbidden and may result in a sanction.

Impersonation

Impersonating staff members, other players, or public figures (through usernames, avatars, or behavior) is strictly forbidden.
