1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the BATSMP store. These Terms & Policies ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any purchases you make on it. By browsing the site, creating a login, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the store or make a purchase.

2. Definitions

• "Store", "we", "us", "our" - the BATSMP online store.
• "You", "player", "customer" - any person using the store or buying a package.
• "Package" - a digital product (rank, key, cosmetic, subscription or similar) offered for sale.
• "Server" - the BATSMP Minecraft server (batsmp.net).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the store. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only make a purchase with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the transaction.

You are responsible for providing a valid Minecraft username so purchases can be delivered to the correct account. Purchases made for the wrong username cannot always be recovered.

4. Purchases & Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

By completing a purchase you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount shown at checkout, including any recurring charges for subscriptions.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

Packages are digital goods delivered in game. Delivery is usually automatic and completed within a few minutes of a successful payment. For most rewards you must join, or have recently joined, the server so the reward can be applied to your account.

If a purchase has not been delivered within a reasonable time, contact us through our Discord server (https://discord.gg/batsmp) with your order details so we can resolve it.

6. Refund Policy

Because packages are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final and purchases are generally non-refundable once the reward has been delivered.

Where required by applicable consumer law, you acknowledge that by purchasing digital content for immediate delivery you request its immediate supply and waive any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

• We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or in-game credit if a package was not delivered, was delivered incorrectly, or was misrepresented.
• Refund requests must be made through our Discord server (https://discord.gg/batsmp) within 14 days of purchase, with proof of the transaction.

7. Subscriptions

Some packages are recurring subscriptions. Unless cancelled, they renew automatically at the end of each billing period and the payment method on file is charged again.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period, and access remains until the end of the period already paid for.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first - most issues are resolved quickly.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in the immediate removal of all purchased content and a permanent ban of your account from the store and the server, until the dispute is withdrawn and any owed amount is settled.

9. Virtual Items & Ownership

All packages grant a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use virtual items on the server. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Virtual items may be modified, replaced or discontinued as the server evolves. We do not guarantee that any specific item or perk will remain available indefinitely.

10. Privacy & Data

To operate the store we process a limited amount of data: your Minecraft username and UUID (to deliver purchases), purchase history, and technical data such as your IP address for security and fraud prevention.

Payment data (card numbers, billing details) is handled directly by Stripe under their own privacy policy; we only receive a confirmation and a limited summary of each transaction.

We do not sell your personal data. We use it only to provide the store, deliver purchases, offer support, and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, or deletion of, your data by contacting us, subject to records we must keep for legal and accounting reasons.

11. Cookies

The store uses a small number of essential cookies to keep you logged in, remember your basket, and secure checkout. These are required for the site to function and are not used for advertising or third-party tracking.

12. Limitation of Liability

The store and all packages are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of virtual items resulting from server resets, data loss, rule violations, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the store after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
